Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator is a management-level position responsible for ensuring quality standards are met, developing and overseeing quality assurance policies, leading a team, and managing test plans and regulatory compliance. The role involves travel up to 75% and requires a strong background in project management and organization skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for on-site consultations and review activities, including record reviews and interviews.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards and serve as a resource to review participants.
  • Collaborate with clients on review processes and procedures.
  • Review consumer records and document findings accurately.
  • Participate in problem identification and resolution, and complete professional reports.
  • Coordinate and monitor work of QA reviewers and lead team efforts.
  • Conduct training, plan, assign, and oversee work activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel records.

  • Experience with quality programs and National Core Indicators is a plus.

Salary Range:

$52,101.00 - $60,000.00
