Formación

• Licensed to practice law in Washington state.
• Graduate of an ABA-accredited law school.
• Experience in high-volume litigation practices is preferred.
• Familiarity with DCYF licensing cases and rules, and public disclosure/confidentiality issues.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and represent DCYF in court proceedings up to appeals.
• Handle administrative hearings on licensing and related matters.
• Advise on and manage public disclosure/confidentiality issues as they arise.
