Job summary

Ember Grey is seeking a Process Control Engineer to advance DCS and SIS programs within a chemical processing environment. You will participate in design and implementation, develop control strategies, and collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Project Engineering and HSE to optimize plant performance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and 5+ years of experience in process control, with strong DeltaV/DV SIS and instrumentation wiring skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years plant experience in Process Control Engineering in Operations or Plant Environment.
• Experience with DeltaV and DeltaV SIS/Honeywell Experion PKS.
• Experience with Instrumentation and Instrument Wiring.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, design, and implementation of new process control systems.
• Develop and configure DCS control strategies based on process specifications and criteria.
• Make improvements with advanced regulatory control.
• Identify efficiency, quality and economic improvement opportunities and implement.
• Support environmental and regulatory reporting requirements.
