The Intellekt Group, LLC is seeking a CSSP - Cybersecurity DCO Analyst (Information Security Analyst) to support USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and monitoring of Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) functions to protect, detect, and respond to cyber threats.

You will work with DCO operations, threat analysis, and incident response across enterprise IT services, ensuring continuous monitoring and timely notification of degradations or outages.

Qualifications

• 3+ yrs experience in cybersecurity / IT security operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Top Secret (SCI eligibility) security clearance required.

Responsabilités

• Supports DCO 24x7 operations supporting USSTRATCOM Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) ISCM mission.
• Performs cyber threat mitigation for USSTRATCOM enterprise systems.
• Ensures CSSP functional capabilities are monitored for alerts and indicators of cybersecurity events.
• Manages correlation and analysis of cybersecurity events to identify anomalous/malicious activities.
• Collaborates with system and network administrators to protect, monitor, analyze, detect, and respond to cybersecurity events.
• Maintains situational awareness of CSSP capabilities and notifies degradations or outages.
• Troubleshoots, analyzes, identifies, deconflicts, and isolates problems impacting CSSP operations.
• Recommends corrective actions to return systems to full operational status.
• Documents DCO actions and activities on the CSSP master stations log.

Job Summary

The Candidate will be supporting USSTRATCOM at Offutt AFB, NE. USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety.

Essential Functions

• Supports DCO 24x7 operations supporting USSTRATCOM Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Information Systems Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) mission.
• Performs cyber threat mitigiation for USSTRATCOM enterprise systems
• Overall responsible for ensuring CSSP functional capabilities are continuously monitored for alerts, warnings, and indicators for cybersecurity events.
• Manages correlation and analysis of cybersecurity events to identify anomalous/malicious activities.
• Works with systems and network administrators in support of the CSSP mission to protect, monitor, analyze, detect, and respond to cybersecurity events.
• Maintains situational awareness of CSSP capabilities and functions and provides notification of degradations and unscheduled outages.
• Proactively troubleshoots, analyzes, identifies, deconflicts, and isolates problems that arise relating to CSSP functional capabilities impacting operations.
• Recommends courses of action to return impacted systems, functions, and capabilities to full operational status and then implement those selected by USSTRATCOM.
• Documents DCO actions and activities performed under this TO on the CSSP master stations log, compiling and correlating technical activities.

• One of CySA+, CBROPS, CFR, FITSP-O, GCIA, GDSA, GICSP or GCFA
• Security clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligibility required).

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation: CISSP; or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM); or Certified SOC Analyst; or GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED), or GIAC GCIH; or GIAC DCIA
