Job summary

Leidos is seeking a DCGS Instructor to support the 480 ISRW at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Hampton, VA. This role will train Air Force personnel on DCGS operations and analytics, delivering classroom instruction and hands-on lab sessions.

Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance and have experience with ISR operations, DCGS tools, and ISD methodologies. The position offers a mission‑focused environment with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4–8 years of experience; advanced years acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with Air Force DCGS and related analytic tools.
• Experience with ISR operations and multi-intelligence processing.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-residence instructional support for DCGS curriculum.
• Administer tests and supervise hands-on instruction and labs.
• Share DCGS product knowledge and training methods with students.
• Develop course content and learning scenarios.
• Support LMS technologies and training assessments.
• Coordinate Capstone exercises and perform QA reviews.
