Job summary

Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee the Player's Club Attendants on the daily shift. The role focuses on maintaining excellent customer relations and ensuring all procedures are followed.

The position also involves assisting with planning and evaluating promotions to boost revenue, managing the player database and generating daily reports, and supporting internal controls across related areas.

• Ensure proper usage and audits of player accounts and redemption records.
• Prepare customized reports for the General Manager and assist with external communications.

Job description

• Safeguards assets and ensures all activities comply with procedures.
• Supervises daily operation of the shift consisting of Player's Club Attendants. Ensure that Player's Club Attendant maintains good customer relations.
• Assist in planning, development, and implement and evaluate promotions to increase revenue in all departments. Submit proposals on all promotions to the General Manager.
• Responsible for the player's club database, generate daily report on coupon giveaways, birthdays, new members, and daily count, include all daily transaction logs for all coupons that are given out.
• Make necessary adjustments, deletions, redemption's, audits, to player's club accounts.
• Generate customized CDS reports for general manager.
• Enroll customer into the Player's Club when player's club attendant is unavailable.
• Assure that when a customer is redeeming coupons, and points are in accordance with departmental policy.
• Responsible for internal controls and procedures of department regarding promotions, procurement and any other related areas.
• Consult with the DNGE CMO, and advertising agency to develop short and long-term strategies and advertising.
• Responsible for all external communications including newsletter, brochures and other external communications.
• Ensure that all customers are properly introduced to Dakota Connection's services. Maintain good customer relations at all times. Listen to customers' suggestions, comments, complaints and attempt to handle in an appropriate manner.
• Ability to meet and effectively deal with associates and public.
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of departmental and enterprise functions.
• Consult with marketing manager at other DNGE casino's on consolidated tasks, opportunities and any other related areas.
• Ability to write & produce Radio/Newspaper ads by deadlines.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job, must be very dependable.
• Complies with other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
