The role offers $15.50 per hour with a $0.50 differential and weekly pay. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate pallet jacks, while maintaining safety and accuracy in inbound, outbound, and hold processes.

2nd Shift - 2:30pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for training and career growth in a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment.
• Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and inventory flow.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Able to lift and move cartons/pallets up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency in English - Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Flexible to work in various areas of the warehouse and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from inbound trucks, inspect for accuracy and damage, and sort onto pallets.

At Home Distribution Center is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our warehouse team. The desired candidate will be able to perform repetitive physical labor on a daily basis.

Salary: $15.50 per hour + .50 cent differential. PAID WEEKLY

Job Summary

The DC Worker is responsible for unloading, sorting, and loading cartons and pallets safely in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

• Execute Core Warehouse Operations: Efficiently handle the movement of cartons and pallets across all areas of the distribution center, supporting the seamless flow of product through inbound, outbound, and hold processes. Unload cartons from inbound trucks, inspect for accuracy and damage, and sort them onto appropriate pallets based on destination or processing requirements.
• Shipping Operations: Accurately load palletized freight onto outbound trailers, ensuring proper placement, load integrity, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Maintain Certifications and Operational Readiness: Stay current and compliant with all required certifications related to safety protocols, warehouse equipment, and company policies. Proactively seek out training opportunities to enhance job performance.
• Promote and Maintain a Safety-First Environment: Actively contribute to a culture of safety by reporting workplace accidents, near misses, injuries, and safety violations immediately. Identify potential hazards and take initiative to correct or elevate issues to leadership.
• Lead by Example as a Change Agent: Embrace continuous improvement and operational excellence by modeling best practices, supporting process enhancements, and encouraging team collaboration. Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
