Overview

As part of Burlington’s Distribution & Supply Chain Leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies and leading Area Managers in departments such as Inbound Operations, Put to Light, Ticketing, Quality Control, or Outbound Operations. You will play a key role in ensuring all DC operations run smoothly to receive, process, store, pack, and ship merchandise efficiently, helping us deliver the right products to the right stores at the right time.

Weekend Shift

Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across all warehouse areas, including management systems and inventory processing.
• Maintain organized warehouse environments suitable for customers.
• Optimize staffing and efficiency to ensure accurate and timely product movement.
• Design systems to control costs in a dynamic environment.
• Motivate, coach, and train managers and associates, providing performance feedback.
• Manage delivery schedules to maximize store service and efficiency.
• Maintain a safe work environment following Burlington safety policies, aiming to reduce accidents.

Physical requirements include lifting boxes of 40 lbs or more and standing for extended periods. Basic computer proficiency is required.
