Job summary

Emser Tile is seeking a Warehouse Associate 3 (Picker) for our Distribution Center in Suffolk, VA. You will pick line orders, stage shipments, and use an RF scanner to verify accuracy, ensuring correct label and shade match.

You will build pallets and follow shipping schedules in a fast-paced environment. Requirements include 1–3 years of picking experience, ability to lift 100+ pounds, strong math and communication skills, and a team-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
