**Summary of Job:**
Operate Stand Up Forklift (& Cherry-picker). Receive and pick product by following SOPs and work instructions. Receive, put-away, transfer & pick product according to procedure. Loading and unloading of transportation freight trucks. Other duties as assigned by clerk and/or immediate superior.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities:**

• Complies and enforces security norms and policies.
• Complies with all safety policies.
• Enforces Good Distribution Practices (GDPs).
• Enforces Safety Quality Foods policies (SQF).
• Organizes and manages multiple priorities.
• Enjoys a hands-on work environment.
• Maintains a positive can-do attitude.
• Controls material flow by utilizing inventory control practices.
• Maintains work area clean and orderly during and at end of shift.
• Transport products, equipment, pallets, etc., utilizing a motorized industrial vehicle.

**Qualifications:**

• Forklift Operator Certification.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience operating forklift.

**Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Minimum lifting capacity of 50 lbs.

**Technical Skills:**

• Basic understanding of English.
• Ability to comply with SOPs in SQF Archive.
• Good basic math skills.
