Sephora's Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch is hiring for DC Specialists. You will perform operational, clerical, and reporting duties, ensuring accuracy and timely shipments while upholding safety standards.

We value teamwork, initiative, and attention to detail. Starting pay is $20.40–$21.85 per hour, with possible shift differentials; full-time schedules and benefits apply. This role supports a fast-paced distribution operation delivering beauty products to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a distribution center/warehouse preferred.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ability to learn the system.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for work.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs to ensure integrity of work and output.
• Train floor staff in department methods and SOPs.
• Respond proactively to leadership directions from Shift Coordinators and managers.
• Adhere to safety rules and proper work attire; report violations.
• Maintain attendance; flexible to shifts and overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.

DC Specialists perform a variety of operational office and clerical duties including waveplanning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, paperwork management, and generating departmental reports, depending upon the department and function they are assigned. A thorough knowledge of the operations for the department they are assigned to is essential.

Essential Functions of Job:

• Follow all established company standard operating procedures to ensure integrity of assigned work and production output.
• Train floor associates in departmental preferred methods and standard operating procedures.
• Pro-actively respond to direction from leadership team, including Shift Coordinators, management staff and other departmental personnel.
• Follow all Company, state and OSHA safety rules, policies and regulations to ensure safe working practices, including proper work attire; report safety violations and potential safety violations to appropriate supervisory or management personnel.
• Comply with all Company Loss Prevention policies and procedures, including proper work attire.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance as set by Sephora.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule and adhere to the requirement of working any designated shift and overtime as requested per business and operational needs.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or previous experience with menu-driven applications, and/or ability to learn system.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Basic math skills.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving.

• Moderate but varying temperature and humidity in office and warehouse environments.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, sit, squat, lift and /or walk for the duration of the scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Starting base pay is $20.40 - $21.85/hr. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay. Certain work schedules may also be eligible for shift differential pay. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
