TriCorps Security is hiring Special Police Officers (SPOs) to help safeguard personnel and property in Washington, DC. The SPOs enforce access control, patrol facilities, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents with professionalism and integrity.

Applicants must hold a valid DC Special Police Officer license, a driver’s license, CPR, MEB certification, and a 9mm firearm credential. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Positions can be full-time or part-time with various shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid DC Special Police Officer License issued by SOMB.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Driver’s License and CPR/MEB and 9mm firearm certifications required.

Responsabilités

• Enforce building entry and identification checks; operate screening equipment.
• Conduct roving patrols to deter suspicious activity.
• Maintain security presence and monitor CCTV/duress alarms.
• Provide escort services for executives or designated individuals.
• Detain individuals attempting unauthorized access or threats.
• Prepare incident and labor-hour reports accurately.
• Preserve order and enforce site rules as needed.
