Atlantic Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee Washington, DC area ground-up commercial or multifamily projects. You will work closely with leadership and a seasoned project team to drive projects from preconstruction through completion.

In this role you will manage planning, budgets, schedules, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and subs to deliver high-quality, on-time results. A strong focus on safety and value is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proven track record managing ground-up commercial or multifamily projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, forecasting, change orders, and reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subs, and internal teams.
• Lead meetings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and schedules.
• Work with field team to ensure safety and quality.
• Identify issues early and develop solutions.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships and accountability.
