AllCom Global Services is seeking a highly experienced installation professional for a 100% travel role across the United States. The candidate must understand DC/AC power systems, inverter plants, and data/telecom environments, with a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities include site surveys, installation, testing, SAT, and writing MOPs/SOWs, with familiarity of EnerSys, Emerson/Liebert, Benning, and related equipment. Strong leadership and safety focus are essential.

• Ability to resolve conflicts between the engineering design and physical site conditions.
• Provides technical expertise and support to the customer and detail engineering.
• Conduct and enforce the ongoing safety requirements at any given site.
• Ability to travel out of town 100% of the time.
• Must possess an active Department of Defense Clearance.

Aufgaben

• Installation, commissioning, and testing of DC power systems, and 48V VRLA battery systems.
• DC power boards and inverter systems installation and testing with alarm notifications.
• Site surveys and site installation preparation; transport equipment installation and commissioning requirements.
• Data switch and data enterprise installation; voice switch installation requirements.
• Able to write detailed MOPs and SOWs.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards in data and telecommunications environments.
• Conduct System Acceptance Testing (SAT) and ensure safety at each site.
• Lead and supervise installation teams and resolve on-site conflicts.
• Travel nationwide as required; maintain DoD Secret Clearance.

Job Summary

An AllCom Global Services Project is comprised of various subsystems that will be installed, tested, and placed into service. This requires a very experienced installation person to understand the system design, industry standards, installation methods & processes and an extensive knowledge of data enterprise and telecommunication environments. This is a 100% travel position and requires a DoD Security clearance.

• DC and AC Power Systems Installation and secondary distribution. Rectifiers and Power Boards (Vertiv, Benning)


• Inverter plants. - Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Systems


• Grounding installation requirements and standards


• Inside Plant infrastructure providing common system functionality (cabling, racking, power)


• Site surveys and site installation preparation. - Transport equipment installation and commissioning requirements


• Data switch & Data Enterprise installation. - Voice switch installation requirements


• Able to write detailed MOP's and SOW's


• Extremely knowledgeable in industry standards supporting the Data and Telecommunication environments


• Clear understanding of performing System Acceptance Testing (SAT)

• Ability to secure and maintain Department of Defense Secret Clearance


• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (drug and background) and have a valid driver's license


• Minimum of 5-10 years of installation in the data and telecommunication markets


• Documented work experience as a DC Power installer.
