Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises is hiring 1st Shift Pipe Yard Associates in Brookshire, Texas. The role focuses on accurate picking and storage of pipe materials, operating PIT equipment, and meeting production schedules during 6:00am–2:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

No college degree is required and training is provided. Candidates should be reliable, able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse, and willing to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience required.
• Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) driving experience preferred but not required.
• No college degree required or preferred.
• Post-offer background check and drug screen required.
• Willingness to work overtime as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products and store in locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies.
• Communicate with associates and show teamwork.

We are hiring Pipe Yard Associates to join our team for 1st Shift (Start Time 6:00am- 2:30pm & 9:00am -5:30pm) Monday - Friday. Overtime required as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours

• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required

• Drive to excel in fast-paced environment

• Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers

• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations

• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner

• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments

• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times

• Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners

• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas

• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet

• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management

• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

Pay Range:

$21.00 - $24.98

_ Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles _ OR _ Hourly for all other roles. _

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

$15.00 - $28.88
