Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking 2nd Shift Pipe Yard Associates for our Lebanon, TN distribution center to handle warehousing, shipping and receiving with a focus on accuracy and safety. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs, with overtime expectations based on business needs.

Pay starts at $20.00 per hour plus $1.50 per hour pipe yard differential and $2.50 per hour shift differential, with potential PIT certification bonuses.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours.
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Requires working outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and temperatures.
• Comfortable standing and/or walking for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Operate heavy motorized material handling equipment in a safe manner
• Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material
• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Prioritize workload to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
