Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform DC outbound tasks including loading, picking, and packing orders. You will use RF units, verify items, and ensure totes are correctly labeled and within weight limits.

You’ll help maintain accuracy and productivity while following safety standards in a fast-paced distribution center. Experience in warehouse environments is preferred, with Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and match numbers and letters quickly and accurately.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• HS diploma or GED required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Locate and pull merchandise by part numbers on pick tickets.
• Pack, label, and stage totes; ensure totes do not exceed weight limits.
• Operate RF devices and DC-WMS equipment.
• Load trucks and secure freight for shipment.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the DC area.
• Train team members on DC procedures and standards.
• Verify items against freight bills and ensure accuracy.
