You will mentor Advisors, drive KPI targets, coordinate pre-shift meetings, and share best practices across shifts while advancing continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in distribution/warehouse, strong leadership, and bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of distribution/warehouse leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and shift teams.
• Experience with safety programs and PPE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Advisors/Supervisors across multiple departments.
• Motivate teams and ensure collaboration in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Ensure KPIs are on target for the operation and communicate results to DC Manager.
