Emser Tile in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring orders ship accurately and on time while maintaining a safe, efficient environment.

You will supervise supervisors and associates, drive process improvements using performance metrics, and collaborate with branch and corporate teams to resolve issues and elevate customer service.

Competenze

• Five or more years of recent operations management experience.
• The ability to use performance metrics, numerical analysis, and financial information to make practical decisions.
• Ability to develop clear operating procedures and communicate effectively across teams.
