Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience including 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
• Experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations
• Experience in safety and compliance adherence

Responsibilities

• Adhere to quality standards, health and safety, legal compliance, environmental policies, SOP deliverables, and general care of duty
• Recruit, train, and mentor employees for development
• Investigate employee relations or performance concerns in a timely manner; implement disciplinary action as needed and in consultation with HR
• Lead daily huddles at the DC to ensure employees understand work tasks expectations and deliverables along with creating engagement and building the values-based culture
• Onboard and train team members; Coach, motivate, and manage performance
• Provide leadership and manage the day-to-day activities for warehouse associates and/or delivery associates assigned to different shifts
• Provide leadership support for the DC General Manager
