Responsibilities

Lead and coach a team of hourly colleagues to safety, quality, service, and productivity goals.
Plan, organize, direct, and monitor daily operational activities within an assigned area.
Monitor workflow and staffing levels to meet daily production and delivery requirements.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Promote safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
