Vallen is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Coordinator to support daily warehouse and order fulfillment, resolving inquiries and coordinating inventory, shipping, and workflows. This role serves as a key contact for internal teams, customers, vendors, and carriers to ensure accurate processing and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or relevant clerical experience.
• MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive, self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well with teams and adapt to priorities.

Responsibilities

• Research and address all DC inquiries and route tasks to the right team.
• Handle calls and emails from customers and associates.
• Track shipping errors, inventory adjustments and non-conformances.
• Operate warehouse power equipment as needed to investigate issues.
• Manage attendance and leave tracking for the DC.
• Process non-conforming orders and expedite shipments when required.
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers and internal teams daily.
• Reconcile expenses and complete credit card procedures.
• Review inventory variances and support cycle count efficiency.
• Support accounts payable reconciliations and project work.
