Job summary

Camping World Distribution Center in Lebanon, IN is seeking a Day Shift Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair machinery and building systems. You will perform preventative maintenance, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in maintenance with hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and electrical equipment, plus 2+ years in electrical/plumbing/welding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, HVAC and electrical type equipment.
• 2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, welding, pipe fitting and instrumentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install and adjust industrial machinery or building systems.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose minor electrical problems such as fuses, heaters, motors, and relays.
• Assist and provide support to operators in performing daily tasks including but not limited to tool changes.

DAY SHIFT MAINTENANCE TECH:

Camping World is now hiring a Day Shift Maintenance Technician for our Distribution Center in Lebanon, IN.

The Maintenance Technician will maintain and repair machinery and repair common commercial systems.

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

The purpose of the Maintenance Technician position is to provide maintenance support for the distribution center as needed. Support includes performing preventative maintenance, monitoring and maintaining the condition of building and all associated equipment and general maintenance.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Repair, install and adjust industrial machinery or building systems.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose minor electrical problems such as fuses, heaters, motors, and relays.

• Assist and provide support to operators in performing daily tasks including but not limited to tool changes.

• Fabricate and build structural devices.

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidates Have:

• 3+ years experience with troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, HVAC and electrical type equipment.

• 2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, welding, pipe fitting and instrumentation.

• Computer skills

Incentive and Benefits:

• Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday -- Friday with Sat Overtime as needed.

• Paid Bi-Weekly

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$16.65-$20.00 Hourly
