BCG Attorney Search is seeking an associate attorney for its Mergers & Acquisitions Clearance Team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in antitrust/competition-related M&A clearance, along with a JD degree and bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess HSR reportability and prepare HSR forms.
• Manage filing preparation and coordinate with clients, corporate teams, and opposing counsel.
• Engage in substantive antitrust analysis of competitor transactions.
• Assist with Second Request responses and general antitrust counseling.
