Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Loss Prevention Specialist at our Sierra Distribution Center in Ashville, USA. You will join a team safeguarding people and merchandise and supporting security initiatives across the distribution center.

The role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic, inclusive retailer environment. Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $20.10 per hour, with compensation determined by skills and experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; 4–6 years security/Loss Prevention preferred.
• AS degree holders 2–4 years experience acceptable."

Responsibilities

• Protect assets, people, property and information.
• Control trailer yard activities, alarms, access and parking.
• Manage yard traffic; monitor facility movements of merchandise.
• Support investigations with LP Management and supervision.
• Assist shrink reduction through audits and training.
• Maintain fire and safety regulations in the Distribution Center.
