Kohl's is recruiting a Loss Prevention Associate for its Distribution Center in Patterson, CA. You will support physical security, investigate internal theft, monitor processes, audit compliance, and handle Gatehouse data entry and reporting.

You will also assist in store inquiries, train new associates, and participate in ongoing safety initiatives with the DC Safety Committee. Flexibility to work various shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or related experience in DC, store loss prevention, or law enforcement.
• Certification in the use of power equipment to aid investigations.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the protection of Kohl's physical, human and property assets.
• Monitor physical security policies and procedures of Kohl's and the Distribution Center.
• Report incidents of associate theft or safety violations.
• Participate in internal theft investigations in line with Kohl's policies.
• Monitor safety policies and participate in the DC Safety Committee.
• Perform DC Loss Prevention audits to measure accuracy.
• Report production fraud or shortcuts by associates.
• Monitor associates via floor and CCTV to ensure processing compliance.
• Perform data entry of audit results and assigned information.
• Perform Gatehouse operations and Gatehouse data entry.
• Assist in store inquiries.
• Participate in the training of newly hired Loss Prevention Associates.
• Additional tasks may be assigned.
