Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a DC Planner at our Camp Hill, PA distribution center to optimize order delivery to stores within 24-48 hours by analyzing historical data and scheduling waves. You will focus on logistics, inventory management, and cross-department coordination to meet demand while controlling costs.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience in supply chain planning, with proficiency in Excel and PowerBI, plus Manhattan WMS. Shift: Mon-Thu 2:30am–1:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience planning in a distribution center/warehouse.
• Strong data analysis and reporting in Excel and PowerBI.
• Experience with warehouse management systems, Manhattan preferred.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter who learns quickly and performs under urgency.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of scheduling/waving product to optimize delivery within 24-48 hours.
• Support executing waves for off-shifts to maintain flow against capacity.
• Review orders older than 24 hours and coordinate shipping with operations.
• Be SME for waving strategy and update templates as needed.
• Coordinate with other DCs to balance capacity and shipments.
• Review capacity plans and flag risks to meet demand.
• Assess weekly supplies and advise on reordering risks.
• Assist with departmental workflow as needed by site leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across the department and network.
• Be on-site WM SME within production control team.
