WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a loader, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and safe loading/transporting of products onto our outbound trailers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

- Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Actively participate in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
- Responsible for loading outbound trailers accurately and safely.
- Responsible for the use of RF scan guns to load and unload trailers with scan gun technology.
- Unload any pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers via powered industrial equipment for other DCs and allocate freight to the proper location.
- Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent.
- Previous experience with powered industrial equipment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Latitude systems.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75 per hour and is eligible for shift premium. Exact compensation depends on factors such as location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
