What You'll Do

As a loader, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and safe loading/transporting of products onto our outbound trailers.

Responsibilities And Expectations

• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external customer support while assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Actively participate in learning initiative s s uch as training programs , workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.
• Responsible for loading outbound trailers accurately and safely.
• Responsible for the use of RF scan guns to load and unload trailers with scan gun technology.
• Unloads any pallet trailers or cross-dock t r ailers via po we red industrial equipment for other DCs and allocating freight to the proper location.
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily , weekly, and monthly .
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as as sig ned.
  

Prefered Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75 per hour and is eligible for shift premium. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
