Job summary

JBS USA in Marshalltown, IA, is seeking a DC Load Planner for the 3rd shift. The role requires coordinating trailer placement, ensuring timely loading, and maintaining inventory control.

You will operate the main desk computer and work within the Red Prairie system to uphold efficient warehouse operations. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will collaborate across the Pork division, demonstrate leadership, and adapt to weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English, written and verbal.
• Able to work all 3 shifts as needed.
• Self-starter capable of working independently.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Put trailers in the door and pull them when loaded.
• Ensure trailers are in the door with proper rotation to meet on-time delivery.
• Run the computer at the main desk.
• Understand and operate the Red Prairie system.
• Monitor inventory to assure proper rotation of product.
• Work on assigned tasks as needed.

• Responsible for putting trailers in the door and having them pulled when loaded.
• Responsible for making sure trailers are put in the door with the proper rotation as to meet on time delivery to customers.
• Responsible for running the computer at the main desk.
• Must understand and be able to work in the Red Prairie system.
• Must be able to monitor inventory to assure proper rotation of product.
• Work on assigned tasks as needed
