Factory Motor Parts is seeking a Lead Operations Associate to join our distribution team. You will pull orders, participate in cycle counts, stock shelves, and maintain an organized warehouse while communicating with customers and handling returns.

The role may involve delivering parts with a company vehicle and collaborating with management to ensure accuracy and safety in operations. A high school diploma plus warehouse experience are required.

In addition to the Warehouse duties, this position may be responsible for the safe, timely and accurate delivery of customer's automotive parts to their location using a company provided vehicle; per location needs.

Job Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a plus
• Previous forklift experience is a plus
