Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Olive Branch, MS seeks a DC Lead I to supervise daily warehouse operations, direct and coach staff, and ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping. You will create BOLs, run reports, and monitor performance against goals.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with 2–3 years of general labor experience and lead experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication is essential in a manufacturing environment.

Your Role On Our Team

The Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees.
