Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a DC Lead I to direct and coach warehouse staff in a fast-paced facility in Montana. The role focuses on overseeing order picking, movement of product, scheduling pick-ups, and ensuring accurate processing of orders.

You will train staff, monitor performance against goals, correct errors, and escalate as needed to the proper person. The position also involves creating BOLs, running reports, and maintaining clean, organized operations.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school
• 2-3 Years General Labor Experience
• 2 years Lead experience preferred
• Strong communications skills both oral and written
