Your Role on Our Team:

The Lead is responsible for directing and coaching employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist with order picking, replenishing, moving product, and processing orders
• Train and coach employees
• Monitor performance and production goals
• Correct errors and escalate issues appropriately
• Create BOLs and bill orders
• Perform computer-related tasks and generate reports
• Ensure processes and policies are followed
• Identify and resolve production issues
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of general labor experience

Preferred Skills:

• 2 years of lead experience (preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing environment

Physical Demands:

• Driving motorized equipment for extended periods
• Bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling tools and boxes
• Working in various temperature conditions
• Operating a forklift
