Summary
The Distribution Center Inventory Control Associate is responsible for managing inventory activities, collaborating with DC personnel to identify and address concerns, tracking stock, auditing, and resolving discrepancies. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, is a self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, works well independently, and can build relationships with business partners and teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse inventory activities, including movement and deletion of items.
  • Partner with DC staff to resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Track stock movement and ensure smooth process flow.
  • Perform audits, notify department of low stock, transfers, and discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate concerns.
  • Follow safe work practices and comply with policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 2+ years' experience in inventory control.
  • Strong mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with high independence and initiative.
