Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a 1st shift Warehouse Associate at our Brookshire, TX distribution center. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k) with company match and PTO. Responsibilities include picking, sorting, staging, storing, and transporting products using RF scanners, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with warehouse technology such as RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store and transport products.
• Operate RF scanners and labor management systems as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow standard operating procedures.
• Keep workspace clean, organized and safe; participate in safety PPE use.
