Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Odessa, TX. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and pack outbound orders, and use RF devices to sort and move stock.

The role supports efficient warehousing processes and accurate inventory handling in a dynamic environment. Requirements include 3–5 years warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong work ethic with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with safety regulations.
• Wear PPE and follow safety rules, including harness usage when required.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm plus overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range

$18.28 - $27.42

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
