Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is hiring for a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate at our Brookshire, TX distribution center. The role focuses on shipping, receiving, and accurate inventory control with a starting pay of $21.00 per hour.

You will work Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing/walking for extended periods, and repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners and labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and participate in ongoing housekeeping activities.
