Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate in California (San Leandro). You will operate a stand-up forklift to pick and pack orders, use RF devices for sorting, and ensure accurate receipt and staging of incoming materials.

You must be 21+, hold a valid license, and have DOT medical clearance. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid state issued license.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations; must maintain a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace and participate in keeping the facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE requirements.
