Ferguson in Chandler, AZ is hiring a Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for the 7:00pm–Friday shift at 675 E Queen Creek Rd. This role suits those with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who value safety, accuracy, and dependable work.

Qualifications

• Overtime may be required based on business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods; work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Familiarity with RF scanners or voice systems.
• Regular attendance in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following SOPs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, including PPE and fall‑protection where required.
• Participate in team meetings and report concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

Schedule

Location: 675 E Queen Creek Rd, Chandler, AZ 85286

Shift: 7:00pm Monday – Friday.

Qualifications

• Ability to work overtime including extended hours as needed based on business demands
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Pay Range

$15.00 - $28.88

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
