Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, use RF devices to process orders, and handle receiving, staging, and packing tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Starting pay is competitive, with shifts including 1st Shift Shipping and Receiving. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs regularly.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

1st Shift Shipping 9am - 530pm, Monday - Friday – Overtime as required

Starting Pay: 19.50

1st Shift Receiving 6am - 230pm, Monday - Friday - Overtime as required

Pay Range: $15.00 - $28.88

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
