Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The associate is responsible for the following functions, among others:

  1. Prepare retail product orders for warehouse release to ensure timely delivery.
  2. Input store short orders and communicate expected delivery times.
  3. Coordinate trailer movements between manufacturing facilities, vendors, and the distribution center.
  4. Manage associate schedules in Kronos time clock software, ensuring accurate punch-ins and punch-outs.
  5. Prepare billings for tractor trailer drivers according to transit schedules.
  6. Enter purchase orders for received merchandise.
  7. Manage cross-dock merchandise for accurate and timely shipment.
  8. Prepare and adjust schedules for floor associates.
  9. Order supplies for facility offices.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualification Requirements

High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of clerical experience.
