Ferguson is hiring for a 2nd shift warehouse associate in Florida. You will operate powered equipment, pick and move products, and use RF scanners and voice systems to maintain inventory accuracy. The role requires physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights as needed, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with a broader pay range of $15.00–$23.79 per hour. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Overtime as needed based on business demands.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Familiar with warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems; willing to learn.
• Regular and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures.
• Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations.
• Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems.
• Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety while following SOPs for assigned areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‑oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; participate in housekeeping.
• Adhere to safety requirements, including PPE and fall‑protection where required.
• Participate in team meetings and report concerns or improvement opportunities to management.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needs.

2nd Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm depending on job responsibilities.

• Experience operating powered industrial equipment (stand‑up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, dock stockers) preferred
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to 30 feet, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)
• Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems
• Regular and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to following all safety policies and PPE requirements

Pay Range

$15.00 - $23.79

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
