Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the Receiving Department in Celina, Ohio. The role runs 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime potential and no weekend work. The team emphasizes accuracy, safety, and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Package picked product to our specifications to reach our customers intact.
• Verify product before shipping to ensure the right product is being shipped.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts (training provided) - Additional $1.00/hour for Equipment Operators!
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely.
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
