Job summary

Hollywood Feed is seeking a Distribution Center Equipment Operator in Memphis, TN. You will operate forklift, dock stocker, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment to pick, load, and store products for our stores and customers.

You will follow safety policies, perform pre-operation checks, assist with inventory counts, and collaborate with team members to meet shipping deadlines. A high school diploma and equipment certification are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years distribution center experience preferred.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Operate biometric authentication systems safely.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment such as forklift, dock stocker, and pallet jacks.
• Accurately pick products using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Load/unload trailers and containers and ensure pallet stability.
• Move inventory to storage locations following slotting procedures.
• Perform pre‑operation safety checks and report issues.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.
• Maintain clean, hazard‑free work areas.
• Collaborate with team to meet shipping deadlines.
