Overview
Job Description: Pay Range: $47hr - $52hr
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a remote contractor crew handling hardware installation, device bring-up, rack stacking, IP configuration, and diagnostics.
- Oversee troubleshooting and triage of system issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with facilities teams for power and liquid cooling support (no direct facilities work).
- Ensure crew readiness for urgent and weekend tasks, including scaling resources as needed.
- Maintain operational continuity through effective crew leadership and knowledge transfer.
- Monitor task progress, quality, and compliance with operational standards.
- The candidate will be highly responsive, organized, and capable of scaling team resources based on operational demand.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in data center operations, prototype hardware environments, and liquid cooling systems.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage remote teams and ensure consistent performance.
- Experience in remote diagnostics and issue resolution.
- Flexibility to support weekend and short-notice tasks.
- Familiarity with operational KPIs and reporting.

- Response Time: Speed of fulfilling crew requests, including urgent and weekend support.

- Operational Continuity: Consistency in crew lead presence and knowledge transfer.
- Collaboration Effectiveness: Success in coordinating with managers and facilities teams.
