Job summary

The U.S. Secret Service Police (Uniformed Division) seeks Officers to protect designated facilities and venues secured for protectees. The position requires relocation to Washington, DC and entails validating credentials, firearm proficiency, and training obligations.

Officers must complete 13 weeks at FLETC and 18 weeks at the James J. Rowley Training Center, with a 2-year trial period and potential career conversion after the term.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Must obtain and retain Top-Secret Clearance.
• Valid REAL ID compliant driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Protect facilities and venues secured for Secret Service protectees.
• Provide security for White House, Vice President residence and foreign missions.
• Travel in support of presidential, vice presidential, and foreign heads of state missions.
