Job summary

TBC Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate for its distribution center in Benicia, California. The role focuses on efficient fulfillment of customer orders, accurate receiving, and maintaining inventory in a fast-paced environment.

As a full-time DC Associate, you will operate MHE, pick and stage products, and participate in cycle counts while upholding safety and quality standards. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a major automotive parts

Qualifications

  • Experience with RF scanners preferred.
  • Safety 1st Mentality.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid drivers license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively and occasional more than 50lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of products.
  • Unload and put-away product utilizing RF (radio frequency) technology.
  • Inspect inbound for OSD (overages and shortages).
  • Pick and stage product.
  • Load truck(s).
  • Maintain organization of product in the warehouse.
  • Assist center to optimize operations and customer service to achieve business plan and DC profitability.
  • Participate in cycle count or physical inventory process as required.
  • Maintain a clean work area and assist in the overall sanitation of the DC.
  • Complete MHE reports as required by company policy and OSHA regulations.
  • Perform any other tasks as defined by Supervisor or Center Manager.
  • Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.

Our DC Associate will perform operational activities within Distribution Center warehouse to achieve efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and efficient and accurate receipt of delivery of replenishment product.

Job Responsibilities

In this friendly work environment you will be responsible for:

  • Operate various MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively while bending and twisting and ability to occasionally lift more than 50lbs.
