Job summary

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a DC Area Manager to oversee daily operations of a warehouse area, driving efficiency, safety, and engagement. You will partner with Operations and HR leadership to meet production goals, coach associates, and support business needs in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires at least 3 years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience, plus familiarity with SAP or similar WMS. Excellent communication and team leadership are essential.

As a DC Area Manager at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned warehouse area, ensuring efficiency, safety, and engagement. This role is key to maintaining production goals, supporting associates, and fostering a strong safety culture. You will partner with Operations and HR leadership to drive results, coach employees, and support business needs in a fast-paced distribution environment

• Warehouse operations leadership with focus on safety, performance, and labor management
• Ability to monitor and achieve production goals (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (preferably SAP)
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Effective coaching, feedback, and performance management of associates
• Time record validation and workforce scheduling
