Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking a DC 3rd Class Engineer with comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems to ensure full building operations. The role involves monitoring safe system operations, performing operational checks, and maintaining peak performance.

The ideal candidate should possess a valid Class 3 Steam Engineer license, five years of steam plant experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS. The role is full-time with shifts available from 6am to 7am, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in steam plant operations.
• Experience with computerized monitoring systems and automated control technologies.
• Strong knowledge of DC regulatory requirements for steam systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safe system operations and maintain system performance.
• Perform operation of installed equipment and maintain temperatures and humidity levels.
• Install, service, and maintain MEP systems, including preventive maintenance.
